高重复频率飞秒光纤激光技术进展

摘要 为解决高重频飞秒光纤激光器基本重复频率较低,输出脉冲宽度较宽等问题,对高重复频率光纤超短脉冲激光器的主要发展方向及面临的瓶颈展开研究。详细阐述了SESAM锁模、NPR锁模、NALM锁模等常用高重复频率飞秒光纤激光器锁模技术及发展现状,并讨论了当前高重复频率飞秒光纤激光领域的难点与科技问题。在此基础上,总结了以下领域的最新研究进展,包括新型高重复频率锁模技术的探索、高重复频率光纤飞秒激光在输出波长方面的拓展,以及超高稳定性高重复频率光纤光梳研究。最后,简述了GHz飞秒光源在光丝激光雷达、光学频率梳以及生物探测等领域的典型应用,并对其前景进行展望。 To solve the problems of low basic repetition rate and wide output pulse width of high repetition frequency femtosecond fiber laser,the main development direction and bottleneck of high repetition frequency fiber ultra-short pulse laser were studied.The mode-locking technologies of high repetition frequency femtosecond fiber lasers were described in detail,such as SESAM mode-locking,NPR mode-locking and NALM mode-locking.The difficulties and technical problems in the field of high repetition frequency femtosecond fiber lasers were discussed.Based on this,the latest research progress in the following fields was summarized,including the exploration of new high repetition frequency mode-locking technology,the expansion of high repetition frequency fiber femtosecond laser in the output wavelength and the research of ultra-stable high repetition frequency fiber optical comb.Finally,the typical applications of GHz femtosecond light source in the fields of optical fiber lidar,optical frequency comb and biological detection were briefly described,and their prospects were prospected.
