新能源同步发电机序阻抗建模及其对宽频振荡的抑制作用

摘要 针对新能源并网设备频繁发生的次/超同步振荡问题,在前序研究中所提出的一种适用于光伏和储能的全新的基于开绕组同步电机(open winding synchronous machine,OWSM)的新能源同步发电机(renewable energy synchronous generator,RESG)拓扑的基础上,运用频域小信号阻抗建模方法,建立了新能源同步发电机拓扑的宽频阻抗模型,并在仿真中进行了扫频验证,验证了所提模型的正确性。分析了新能源同步发电机拓扑的阻抗特性,表明该拓扑的宽频阻抗特性为电压源特性,不易与电网交互产生振荡。将一定容量的新能源同步发电机和传统跟网型变流器共同接入并网,可以起到改善并网特性、抑制宽频振荡的作用。分析了将光伏场站中的一部分机组改造为新能源同步发电机后场站阻抗特性的变化。最后,建立了运用新能源同步发电机对某光伏场站改造的仿真案例,初步证明了所提新能源同步发电机拓扑在抑制宽频振荡方面的应用潜力。 With many inverter interface generators connected to a power grid,power electronic equipment frequently causes sub/supersynchronous oscillation problems.A new open-winding synchronous machine(OWSM)based renewable energy synchronous generator(RESG)topology for photovoltaic and energy storage is proposed to solve this problem.Based on the proposed topology,a broadbandfrequency impedance model is established by applying the frequency-domain small-signal impedance modeling method.The impedance characteristics of the renewable energy synchronous generator topology are analyzed,which shows that the broadband impedance characteristics of the proposed topology are voltage-source characteristics,which do not easily interact with the weak grid to cause sub/super synchronous oscillations.Connecting a certain capacity of renewable energy synchronous generator and traditional grid-following converter to the grid together proves that the proposed topology can inhibit broadband-frequency oscillation and effectively enhance the grid connection characteristics.Finally,an application case of a PV-Farm,which contains regular grid-following converters and proposed renewable energy synchronous generators,is established,which preliminarily demonstrates the potential application of the proposed renewable energy synchronous generator topology for suppressing broadband oscillations.
