摘要
本文通过对120指挥中心的调度工作进行细致全面的分析,提出了相应的发展路径。在调度现状方面,指出了人力资源紧缺、调度过程不规范等问题,建议加大人才引进和培养力度,提高调度员的专业素质和技能水平;针对调度过程中存在的不规范问题,提出了建立质量监控和评估机制的措施。在发展路径方面,提出推动分级医疗体系的发展和资源合理配置为重要方向,建议与各级医疗机构建立紧密合作关系,建立预约制度和引入信息化管理系统等。通过这些措施的推进,可以实现指挥中心工作的自动化、智能化,并建立起完善的分级医疗网络和资源共享机制。
Based on the detailed and comprehensive analysis of the dispatching work of 120 command center,this paper put forward the corresponding development path.In terms of the current situation of dispatching,it pointed out the problems of shortage of human resources and non-standard dispatching process.It was suggested to increase the introduction and training of talents and improve the professional quality and skill level of dispatchers.Aiming at the non-standard problems in the scheduling process,the measures of establishing quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism were put forward.In terms of the development path,it was proposed to promote the development of the hierarchical medical system and the rational allocation of resources as an important direction.It was recommended to establish close cooperation with medical institutions at all levels,established an appointment system and introduceed an information management system.Through the advancement of these measures,the automation and intelligence of the command center could be realized,and a perfect hierarchical medical network and resource sharing mechanism could be established.
