摘要
随着社会的进步和医疗科技的发展,医务管理及医疗质量控制已成为医疗卫生体系的重要一环。这一领域的发展要求更多地关注患者、医护人员以及整个医疗团队的需要和体验,这也是“以人为本”的核心。如何以患者为中心、以医护人员为中心,努力提升医疗服务的有效性和人性化,是医务管理和医疗质量控制亟待解决的问题。“以人为本”不仅是一种经营理念,而且是一种全新的医疗体验。医务人员从传统的治疗者转变为全方位的健康服务提供者。整个医疗团队的协作与沟通,也将直接影响到医疗服务的质量和效能。本文的目标是深入探讨如何在医务管理与医疗质量控制中贯彻“以人为本”的理念,并通过理论研究和实践案例为构建更加人性化、高效的医疗服务体系提供有力支持。
With the progress of society and the development of medical science and technology,medical management and medical quality control have become an important part of the healthcare system.The development of this field requires that more attention be paid to the needs and experiences of patients,healthcare workers and the entire healthcare team,which is also the core of"people-centred".How to enhance the effectiveness and humanity of healthcare services by focusing on patients and healthcare professionals is an urgent issue for medical management and quality control."People-centred"is not only a business philosophy,but also a new medical experience.The medical staff is transformed from a traditional healer to an all-round health service provider.The collaboration and communication of the entire healthcare team will also directly affect the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services.The goal of this paper is to explore how to implement the concept of"people-centred"in medical management and quality control,and to provide strong support for the construction of a more humane and efficient health care system through theoretical research and practical cases.
