珍稀濒危树种喙核桃种子发芽特性研究

摘要 为了解珍稀树种喙核桃种子的发芽特性,研究探讨了不同温度(25℃、30℃和室温)、不同光照条件(光照、黑暗各12 h和全黑暗)、不同浸种时间(3、7、11 d)、不同基质(沙土、黄土和肥土)、不同播种深度(0、1、3 cm)和不同基质含水量(50%和70%)对喙核桃种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:室温下喙核桃种子的发芽率(48.89%)高于25、30℃条件下喙核桃种子的发芽率(28.89%、15.89%);光照、黑暗各12 h条件下喙核桃种子发芽率为28.89%,全黑暗条件则抑制喙核桃种子的萌发;随着浸种时间的增加,发芽率呈先升后降趋势,浸种7 d时种子发芽率最高(13.33%);播种于黄土中的喙核桃种子发芽率最高,为24.44%;播种深度为0 cm的发芽率最高,为24.44%;基质含水量为50%时发芽率最高,为24.44%。综合分析认为,用纯净水对喙核桃种子浸泡7 d再播种于黄土表面,保持正常光照条件和适宜水分,可有效提高发芽率。 In order to understand the seed germination characteristics of Carya sinensis,a rare and endangered tree species,the effects of different conditions on seed germination rate of Carya sinensis was studied and discussed,including temperature(25℃,30℃and room temperature),illumination(12 h of light and 12 h of darkness,total darkness),soaking time(3,7,11 d),substrate(sand soil,loess and nutrient soil),sowing depth(0,1,3 cm)and substrate water content(50%and 70%).The results showed that the seed germination rate(48.89%)of Carya sinensis at room temperature was higher than that at 25℃and 30℃(28.89%and 15.89%).Under 12 h of light and 12 h of darkness condition,the seed germination rate was 28.89%,and the seed germination rate was inhibited under total darkness condition.With the increase of soaking time,the seed germination rate showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,which was the highest(13.33%)when soaking time was 7 days.The seed germination rate of Carya sinensis sowed in loess was the highest,reached 24.44%.The seed germination rate was the highest(24.44%)when the sowing depth was 0 cm.The highest germination rate was 24.44%when the substrate water content was 50%.Comprehensive analysis indicated that the seed germination rate could be effectively improved by soaking the seed with pure water for 7 days before seeding,sowing at surface of loess,maintaining normal light condition and suitable water content.
