摘要
为解决服装制造业现有生产线管理系统长期处于低效、滞后状态,进而导致生产效率下降问题,文章通过将数字孪生技术应用于服装生产管理中,构建并分析数字孪生技术流水线应用的4个关键模块,提出服装生产线可视化孪生体系架构。基于该架构,可将生产现场实时多源异构数据与生产实时状态进行可视化平台管理及展示,充分利用虚拟空间优势,赋能传统服装生产管理模式,建立生产与管理间的快速响应机制,为服装企业提升管理质量,提高生产效率。
In order to solve the problem that the existing production line management system of garment manufacturing industry has been in invalid and lagging state for a long time,which leads to the low productive efficiency,this paper applies digital twin technology to garment production management,constructs and analyzes the four key modules of digital twin technology,and proposes a visual twin system architecture of garment production line.Based on this framework,the real-time multi-source heterogeneous data and production status of the production site can be managed and displayed on a visual platform,and the advantages of virtual space can be fully used to enable the traditional clothing production management mode,establish a rapid response mechanism between production and management,and improve management quality and production efficiency for clothing enterprises.
