摘要
探讨不同剂量的乳黄消散对临床型奶牛乳房炎治疗效果及抗炎作用机制,为乳黄消散的开发和应用提供理论依据。将40头患临床型乳房炎的奶牛随机分为3个试验组和1个药物对照组,每组10头,另选10头健康泌乳奶牛作为正常对照组。其中3个试验组分别按剂量300 g/d、400 g/d、500 g/d灌服乳黄消散,药物对照组灌服公英散300 g/d,灌服不超过5 d,健康对照组不做任何处理。观察不同剂量的乳黄消散和公英散对临床型奶牛乳房炎的疗效、细菌转阴率、体细胞数、血清和乳清中炎症因子变化情况。结果显示,乳黄消散低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组对临床型乳房炎的治愈率分别为60.00%、70.00%和80.00%;乳黄消散3个剂量组和公英散对照组奶牛乳汁体细胞数均明显降低,且在停药后14 d各组奶牛乳汁体细胞数均下降到每毫升20万个以内;治疗结束停药后,乳黄消散3个治疗组的细菌总转阴率平均为89.06%;与给药前比较,乳黄消散和公英散均可显著降低奶牛血液和乳清中IL-6、IL-1β、IL-8和TNF-α等炎症因子的水平。乳黄消散3个剂量组对临床型奶牛乳房炎均具有良好的治疗效果,能显著降低患病奶牛乳汁体细胞数、清除或抑制乳汁中致病菌,并可显著降低奶牛血液和乳清中炎症因子表达水平,其中以高剂量组效果最佳。
The objective was to observe the therapeutic effect and anti-inflammatory mechanism of different doses of Ruhuangxiaosan on clinical bovine mastitis.Forty cows suffering from clinical mastitis were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and 1 control drug group with 10 cows in each group,and 10 healthy lactating cows were selected as healthy control group.Three experimental groups were given 300 g/d,400 g/d,500 g/d Ruhuangxiaosan,and the control group was given 300 g/d Gongyingsan for no more than 5 days,while the healthy control group did not do any treatment.To observe the effects of different doses of Ruhuangxiaosan and Gongyingsan on clinical cow mastitis,bacterial negative conversion rate,somatic cell count and the changes of inflammatory factors in serum and whey.The results showed that the cure rates of clinical mastitis were 60.00%,70.00%and 80.00%,respectively.The three dose of Ruhuangxiaosan and the control group of Gongyingsan could significantly reduce the milk somatic cell count of cured cows,and the milk somatic cell count of all groups decreased to the normal level 14 days after withdrawal.After treatment,the average total negative conversion rate of bacteria in the three treatment groups was 89.06%.Compared with the healthy control group,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-αin blood and whey were significantly decreased by both Ruhuangxiaosan.Three doses of Ruhuangxiaosan have good therapeutic effect on clinical bovine mastitis,which can significantly reduce the somatic cell count in milk,eliminate or inhibit pathogenic bacteria in milk,and significantly reduce the expression of inflammatory factors in blood and whey.In particular,the high dose group presents the best effect.
