摘要
民办本科高校作为我国高等教育的重要力量,应充分发挥其办学机制的灵活性与资源优势,打造自身核心竞争力。民办本科高校会计专业也应充分考虑会计本科教育的特点,结合学生特征和市场需求,在人才培养模式方面作出及时调整。该文就民办本科高校应用型会计人才培养中存在的问题进行深入研究,并以广州南方学院会计专业为研究对象,总结其在专业建设中多方协同育人体系的经验与特色,以期对推动应用型会计专业人才培养综合改革,提高应用型会计人才培养质量起到借鉴意义。
Private undergraduate universities,as important forces of higher education in our country,should give full play to their school-running mechanism's flexibility and resources advantages to create their own core competitiveness.The accounting major of private undergraduate colleges should also consider the characteristics of undergraduate accounting education,combine the characteristics of students and market demand,and make timely adjustments in the personnel training mode.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the problems existing in the training of applied accounting talents in private undergraduate colleges and universities,and takes accounting major of Guangzhou Nanfang College as the research object to sum up the experience and characteristics of its multi-party collaborative education system in the professional construction.The aim of it is to promote the comprehensive reform of the training of applied accounting professionals and improve the training quality of applied accounting talents.
