摘要
以清华大学物理楼项目防火风管采用玻璃棉板施工为例,介绍了采用焊接钉代替胶粘钉固定板材的方法,重点阐述附加装置的制作及固定方法,此技术解决了矩形风管玻璃棉板在环境温度低,或施工进度要求紧不能采用胶粘钉固定影响进度的问题。该施工方法创新响应了倡导环保节能的号召,为同类分项工程施工提供技术参考。
Taking the glass wool board construction of fireproof ducts in the Physics Building Project of Tsinghua University as an example,a solution was introduced for board fixing by nail fixing instead of nail gluing,focusing on the fabrication and fixing of additional devices.This solves the problems of glass wool boards of rectangular ducts,such as the influence on the construction progress due to failure in nail gluing at low ambient temperatures or short construction periods.Through the construction method innovation in response to the call of environmental protection and energy conservation,this study provides a technical reference for the construction of similar subdivisional works.
