摘要
心境障碍是一种常见的精神疾病,然而心境障碍的发病机制目前尚不清楚,其诊断及鉴别诊断主要依靠患者的临床表现及医师的临床经验,缺乏可靠的客观指标。近年来,越来越多的研究发现神经电生理和功能性近红外光谱在心境障碍的诊断及鉴别可能发挥着重要作用。本文就神经电生理及功能性近红外光谱在心境障碍中的研究进行综述。
Mood disorder is a common mental illness,but the pathogenesis of mood disorder is not clear at present.Its diagnosis and differential diagnosis mainly depend on patients'clinical manifestations and doctors'clinical experience,without reliable objective indicators.In recent years,more and more studies have found that neuroelectrophysiology and functional near infrared spectroscopy may play an important role in mood disorders.In this paper,the studies of neuroelectrophysiology and functional near infrared spectroscopy in mood disorders are reviewed.
