摘要
在对科技金融和科技创新相关文献梳理的基础上,对安徽省2017—2021年科技金融和科技创新的现状进行分析,并对两者耦合协同发展情况进行实证分析,最终提出建议:首先,要完善科技金融顶层设计,提升科技金融服务品质;其次,搭建信息共享交流平台;第三,全面推进安徽省科技创新高质量发展,因地制宜地制订科技创新政策;第四,培养复合型人才等。
On the basis of reviewing the literature on technology finance and technology innovation,this paper analyzes the current situation of technology finance and technology innovation from 2017 to 2021 in Anhui province,and empirically analyzes the coupled and coordinated development of the two.Finally,it proposes such suggestions as perfecting the top-level design of technology finance and enhancing the quality of technology finance services,establishing a platform of information sharing and exchange,comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of technology innovation in Anhui province and working out policies of technology innovation according to local conditions,and cultivating inter-disciplinary talents.
