9YQ-2200S型秸秆方捆打捆机设计与试验

摘要 【目的】饲料化是我国主要农作物秸秆综合利用的重点发展方向,为提高田间饲用秸秆的回收效率和质量,解决常规小型饲草方捆机适用范围小、作业效率低、揉碎质量差和不能有效除尘的问题。【方法】基于秸秆切碎揉搓、压缩打捆基本理论,采用理论分析计算和SolidWorks三维设计方法,设计了1种适用于田间玉米、小麦、水稻、棉花等作物秸秆的9YQ-2200S型秸秆方捆打捆机,开展了样机试制与改进,并针对玉米秸秆进行了田间试验。【结果】样机的收净率为90.3%,成捆率为100%,规则草捆率为100%,抗摔率为91.66%,草捆密度为119.67 kg/m^(3),作业小时生产率为3.36 t/h,各项作业指标均符合相关标准要求,作业性能良好。【结论】该机可实现作物秸秆自动捡拾(切割)、粉碎、揉丝、除尘、高密度压缩和自动绳打捆一体化作业。本研究可为秸秆方捆打捆机的设计与改进提供参考。 【Objective】Feed utilization is a main direction of the comprehensive utilization for major crop straw in China,and this study aimed to enhance the recovery efficiency and quality of straw and address the limitations of conventional forage square baling machines,which included a restricted application range,low operational efficiency,subpar crushing quality,and ineffective dust removal.【Method】Drawing upon the fundamental principles of straw shredding,kneading,and compression baling,a 9YQ-2200S square baling machine was developed through theoretical analysis,calculations,and SolidWorks three-dimensional design techniques.This machine was tailored for use in fields cultivating crops such as corn,wheat,rice,and cotton.Following the design phase,a prototype was manufactured,tested,and refined.Field trials were conducted specifically using corn straw.【Result】The field test outcomes demonstrated that the prototype achieved a 90.3%net collection rate,100%baling rate,100%regular baling rate,91.66%fall resistance rate,bale density of 119.67 kg/m^(3),and productivity of 3.36 t/h.All operational parameters met relevant standards,affirming the superior performance of the square bale baler.【Conclusion】This machine excels at automatically gathering crop straws,chopping,silk kneading,dust removal,high-density compression,and automatic rope binding.The findings of this study offer valuable insights for the design and enhancement of straw square baling machines.
