大学生学业适应性影响机制研究

The Influence Mechanism of Academic Adaptability in College Students:A Multi⁃Factor Analysis

摘要 从中学升入大学后,大学生的学习内容和方法面临较大调整,影响学业适应性的各类因素持续受到关注。随着大学生数量的增长和心理问题的增加,从大学生个人特质角度研究学业适应问题显得尤为重要。在大学生宿舍内,每位同学的学业适应情况因个体羞耻感水平的高低而变化。一般而言,羞耻感高的个体更容易产生社交障碍,影响人际交往,从而降低对社会支持的感知,导致适应困难。学业适应是大学生适应过程中的重要一环,通过分析羞耻感、宿舍关系、领悟社会支持与学业适应性四个变量可以看出,宿舍关系、领悟社会支持在羞耻感与大学生学业适应性之间的链式中介作用,降低羞耻感有助于改善宿舍关系,提升领悟社会支持能力,改善大学生学业适应情况。 Transitioning from middle school to university brings significant changes in learning content and methods for college students,raising important questions about the factors affecting their academic adaptability.As student enrollment increases and psychological issues become more prevalent,understanding academic adaptability from the perspective of individual characteristics becomes crucial.In particular,dormitory life reveals a clear relationship between academic adaptability and levels of personal shame.Students with a higher sense of shame often experience social difficulties,leading to impaired interpersonal interactions,reduced perceptions of social support,and greater struggles with adaptation.Academic adaptability is a vital component of overall university adjustment.By examining four key variables—sense of shame,dormitory relationships,perceived social support,and academic adaptability—this study finds that dormitory relationships and perceived social support serve as mediating factors in the connection between sense of shame and academic adaptability.Reducing feelings of shame can significantly improve dormitory relationships,enhance perceived social support,and ultimately foster better academic adaptation among college students.
