摘要
细晶粒氧化镁陶瓷的制备方法主要有无压烧结、热压烧结、热等静压烧结、微波烧结和放电等离子体烧结等,分析了各种烧结工艺的条件及优缺点。细晶粒氧化镁陶瓷主要应用于红外透明窗口材料、陶瓷微滤膜吸附废水污染物、泡沫陶瓷和抗菌陶瓷等.
The main preparation methods of fine grain MgO ceramics include varied types of sintering with non-pressure,hot-pressure,hot isostatic,microwave and spark plasma.Conditions,advantages of sintering processes are analyzed.Fine grain MgO ceramics are mainly used in infrared transparent window materials,ceramic microfiltration membranes to adsorb wastewater pollutants,foam ceramics and antibacterial ceramics.
