摘要
“新质生产力”是生产力在新一轮产业革命引导下发生“跃迁”的必然反映。在数字化和智能化等技术支撑下,新质生产力的劳动力、劳动资料和劳动对象蕴含丰富的数智特征,其在赋能金融数智化时具有助力金融强国建设、促进金融资源高效配置、实现融资结构持续优化、推动金融风险防范化解等价值蕴意,而且从内在逻辑看,金融高质量发展是新质生产力赋能金融数智化的方向内涵。为此,应坚持纳入高端数据要素、夯实智慧化决策系统、打造智能型风险治理机制及做强超级数智化平台,从物质基础、技术关联、韧性支撑与依托载体等维度构建新质生产力赋能金融数智化的实现路径。
The“new quality productivity”is an inevitable reflection of the“leap”of productivity under the guidance of a new round of industrial revolution.With the support of digitalization and intelligence technologies,the labor force,labor materials,and labor objects of new quality productivity contain rich digital intelligence characteristics.It has value implications in empowering financial intelligence,such as a new engine to help build a strong financial country,a new medium to promote efficient allocation of financial resources,a new advantage to achieve continuous optimization of financing structure,and a new driving force to promote financial risk prevention and resolution.Moreover,from an internal logic perspective,high-quality development of finance is the direction and connotation of empowering financial intelligence with new quality productivity.To this end,we should adhere to incorporating high-end data elements,consolidating intelligent decision-making systems,building intelligent risk governance mechanisms,and strengthening super intelligent platforms.We should construct a new path for empowering financial intelligence with new quality productivity from dimensions such as material foundation,technological connections,resilience support,and support carriers.
