摘要
本文提出一种全流程自动计价方法,旨在解决当前建筑工程计价管理中存在的效率低下和准确性不足的问题。该方法利用信息技术,通过构建标准构件库和清单资源库,实现工程计价全过程的自动化。在佛山市某地铁线路地下车站动力照明系统的实际应用中,该方法显著提高计价效率和准确性。本文详细介绍全流程自动计价方法的内涵、实际应用过程及其效果,证明该方法对提高建筑工程项目的计价效率和准确性具有重要意义。
This paper presents a comprehensive automated pricing method designed to address the inefficiencies and inaccuracies prevalent in current construction project pricing management.By leveraging information technology and constructing standard component libraries and resource databases,this method automates the entire pricing process for construction projects.In a practical application involving the power lighting system of an underground station on a metro line in Foshan,this method significantly improved pricing efficiency and accuracy.This paper provides a detailed explanation of the comprehensive automated pricing method,its application process,and the resulting benefits,demonstrating its critical importance in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of construction project pricing.
