摘要
为简单准确测出层合板结构的局部脱层损伤位置,提出了一种基于振动传递率函数稀疏化的局部脱层损伤识别方法。文章设计了含脱层GFRP层合板受迫振动的实验方案,并采集板面多点加速度响应数据,利用数据构建振动传递率函数图谱,选取局部稳态频段利用L1范数稀疏化提出脱层损伤指标TD;分析不同脱层位置,不同脱层程度对脱层损伤指标TD的影响。结果表明,该损伤识别指标TD的分布与实际试件脱层损伤的分布吻合性好,利用此指标可进行层合板脱层位置和脱层损伤识别,具有很好的工程应用价值。
To simply and accurately measure the location of local lamination damage in lamina structure,a local damage identification method is proposed based on the sparseness of vibration transfer rate function.This paper designs the experimental scheme of GFRP laminate vibration and collects the multipoint acceleration response data,and builds the vibration transfer rate function map using the data,and selects the local steady state frequency band and sparse the L1 norm,and analyzes the effects of different peeling positions and peeling degree on peeling damage index TD.The results show that the distribution of the damage identification index TD is in good agreement with the distribution of the actual specimen lamel-lination damage,and the lamination position and damage identification can have good engineering application value.
