摘要
积极心理学在外语教师职业发展中扮演关键角色。当前的外语教师发展模式存在一定的问题。鉴于此,探索如何运用积极心理学理论和方法提升外语教师的职业满意度、教学效果,促进其个人成长,立足学校、培训者以及教师个体的不同角色,提出积极心理学应用于外语教师职业发展的实践策略。
Positive psychology plays a crucial role in the career development of foreign language teachers.There are some problems in the current development model of foreign language teachers.In view of this,this paper explores how to use theories and methods of positive psychology to enhance the career satisfaction and teaching effect of foreign language teachers,and promote their personal growth.Based on the different roles of schools,trainers and teachers themselves,this paper puts forward the practical strategies to implement positive psychology in the career development of foreign language teachers.
