摘要
近年来,因外伤,感染,手术等因素引起的骨缺损疾病日益增多,虽然传统方法仍能满足治疗疾病的需要,但很容易因为伤口感染或者机体免疫系统防御过剩而留下后遗症,甚至需要二次手术,这大大增加了骨缺损疾病患者的痛苦与负担。而骨组织工程则可以有效避免上述问题。胶原与磷酸钙复合材料作为骨组织工程的重要材料,具有与天然骨相似的微观结构,能够促进骨细胞附着与生长分化。首先,本文对于胶原的矿化机制进行介绍;其次对四种磷酸钙与胶原的复合材料在骨组织工程领域应用的研究进行总结;最后分析了该材料的优势与缺点,希望可以为骨组织工程领域材料的选择提供一定的支持。
In recent years,the number of bone defects caused by trauma,infection and surgery has been increasing.Although traditional methods can still meet the needs of treating the disease,they can easily leave sequelae due to wound infection or excess defence of the body's immune system,and even require secondary surgery,which greatly increases the pain and burden of patients with bone defects.Bone tissue engineering can avoid these problems.As an important material for bone tissue engineering,collagen and calcium phosphate composites have a microstructure similar to that of natural bone and can promote bone cell attachment and growth and differentiation.Firstly,this paper introduces the mineralization mechanism of collagen;secondly,it summarizes the research on the application of four calcium phosphate and collagen composites in the field of bone tissue engineering;and finally,it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the material,hoping to provide some support for the selection of materials in the field of bone tissue engineering.
