场景式教学法在发热门诊住院医师教学培训中的应用

Application of scene teaching for standardized training of residents in fever clinics

摘要 目的分析住院医师在规范化培训轮转发热门诊中面临的问题,探索在短时间内提质增效的教学方法。方法我们通过场景式教学法对新型冠状病毒感染的知识点进行归纳,对疾病的规律进行总结,并概括成6大场景,为住院医师带来直观的实战体验。结果通过6个场景的教学模式,住院医师仅用3 d的临床实践就完全理解了新型冠状病毒感染诊治的核心内涵,接诊效率大幅度提高,从每天接诊25人提升至60人以上,患者的候诊时间明显缩短,有效缓解了新型冠状病毒感染疫情高峰时段的就诊压力。同时,由于住院医师对新型冠状病毒感染疾病本质的认知更加清晰,消除了恐惧感,增强了自信心,使患者避免了不必要的抽血化验和胸部CT检查,从而降低了医疗花费。结论在住院医师规范化培训轮转发热门诊中应用场景式教学模式,缩短了学习曲线,提高了轮转质量,实现了记忆、理解、整合、优化的教学和培训目标,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the difficulties faced in the standardized training of residents in fever clinics,and to explore teaching methods to improve its quality and efficiency in a short period of time.Methods We summarized the key points and patterns of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)into six scenarios by scene teaching and provide an intuitive practical experience to the residents rotating in fever clinics.Results The residents had a good understanding of the core diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19 in only 3 days of clinical practice.The efficiency was greatly improved,the number of patients treated by one resident every day increased from 25 to more than 60,and the waiting time of patients was significantly shortened,which effectively relieved the pressure of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.At the same time,because residents had a clearer understanding of the nature of COVID-19,they eliminated fear and enhanced self-confidence,which avoid unnecessary blood tests and chest CT examinations,thus reducing the medical costs of patients.Conclusion The application of scene teaching for the standardized training of residents in fever clinics can shorten the learning curve,improve the quality of rotation,and achieve the training goals of memory,understanding,integration,and optimization.
