摘要
目的探讨护士主导医护协同管理模式以规范机器人辅助恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术操作的具体方法。方法选择2021年8月—2023年7月在聊城市人民医院手术室实施达芬奇机器人操作的328例恶性肿瘤手术患者作为研究对象。将2021年8月—2022年7月的158例手术患者设为管理前组,将2022年8月—2023年7月的170例手术患者设为管理后组。管理后成立医护协同管理团队,团队成员通过加强隔离技术管理,制定机器人手术隔离技术操作关键点并组织实施。比较2组手术隔离技术并发症发生情况、管理前后医护人员隔离技术操作正确率及理论考核成绩。结果管理后组手术隔离技术并发症总发生率为3.53%,低于管理前组的13.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后组医护隔离技术操作正确率为94.43%,高于管理前组的56.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后组理论考核成绩为(96.75±3.25)分,高于管理前组的(75.25±15.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以护士主导,医护协同管理模式强化机器人辅助恶性肿瘤手术隔离技术操作可降低相关并发症,提高手术质量与手术效果。
Objective To explore the nurse-led collaborative management mode to standardize the isolation technology operation of robot-assisted surgery for malignant tumors.Methods A total of 328 cases of malignant tumor surgery performed by Da Vinci robot in the operating room,Liaocheng People's Hospital from August 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,a total of 158 cases of surgery from August 2021 to July 2022 were set as the pre-management group,and a total of 170 cases of surgery from August 2022 to July 2023 were set as the post-management group.After the management,a medical cooperative management team was established.The team members formulated and organized the implementation of the key operation points of robotic surgical isolation technology by strengthening the management of isolation technology,the occurrence of complications of surgical isolation technology between the two groups,the correct rate of medical personnel's isolation technology operation before and after the management,and the theoretical assessment results were compared.Results The total incidence of surgical isolation complications was 3.53%in the post-management group,which was lower than 13.92%in the pre-management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The correct rate of medical isolation technology operation was 94.43%in the post-management group,higher than 56.80%in the pre-management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical test score of the post-management group was(96.75±3.25)points,which was higher than(75.25±15.35)points of the pre-management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening robot-assisted surgical isolation technique with nurseled and collaborative management mode for malignant tumors can reduce related complications and improve surgical quality and effect.
