摘要
通过分析锂云母矿石物料成分与提锂工艺技术现状,创新提出一种锂云母硫酸-硫酸盐混合焙烧提锂技术。从工艺流程、主要设备、技术指标、生产过程污染控制等方面,对所设计的利用该新技术从锂云母中提锂的工艺进行系统分析。采用该工艺技术可实现锂云母中Li、Rb和Cs的高效提取,三者的总回收率分别达到80.3%、54%和61%。
By analyzing the composition of lepidolite ore and the current status of lithium extraction techno-logy,a innovative technology applying sulfuric acid-sulfate mixed roasting to extract lithium from lepidolite is put forward in this paper.A systematic analysis of a designed process using the innovative technology to extract lithium from lepidolite is conducted from the perspectives of process flow,main equipment,technical index,and pollution control in production process.The technology enables the effective extraction of Li,Rb,and Cs from lepidolite,with their recovery rates of 80.3%,54%,and 61%,respectively.
