基于物联网的院前急救平台在心脏骤停患者院前急救中的临床价值

Clinical Value of IoT⁃based Pre⁃hospital Emergency Platform in Pre⁃hospital Treatment of Patients with Cardiac Arrest

摘要 目的:探讨基于物联网的院前急救平台在心脏骤停(CA)患者院前急救中的临床价值。方法:将珠海市香洲区人民医院2022年1月-12月出诊的CA患者55例设为对照组,接受常规院前急救,将同院2023年1月-12月出诊的CA患者53例设为观察组,采用基于物联网的院前急救平台进行急救,比较两组救护车到达现场时间、心肺复苏成功率、并发症发生率、家属满意度。结果:(1)观察组救护车到达现场时间显著短于对照组[(11.28±1.24)min vs(15.14±2.20)min,P<0.05];(2)观察组心肺复苏成功率明显高于对照组(26.42%vs 9.09%,P<0.05),并发症发生率明显少于对照组(50.00%vs 100.00%,P<0.05);(3)观察组家属满意度明显高于对照组(90.57%vs 74.55%,P<0.05)。结论:在CA患者的急救中,采用基于物联网的院前急救平台能有效缩短急救团队反应时间,协调各急救环节,提高心肺复苏成功率,降低并发症发生率,提高家属满意度。 Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of an Internet of Things(IoT)-based pre-hospital emergency platform for patients with cardiac arrest(CA).Methods:55 patients with CA treated by the emergency team from Jan 2022 to Dec 2022 were designated as the control group and received standard prehospital care,while 53 patients treated from Jan 2023 to Dec 2023 were assigned to the observation group and received pre-hospital care utilizing an IoT-based emergency platform.Ambulance arrival times,cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)success rates,complication inci-dence,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Ambulance arrival time in the ob-servation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(11.28±1.24)min vs(15.14±2.20)min,P<0.05].(2)CPR success rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(26.42%vs 9.09%,P<0.05),incidence of complication in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(50.00%vs 100.00%,P<0.05).(3)Family satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.57%vs 74.55%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Using an IoT-based emergency platform can effectively reduce response time for emergency teams during pre-hospital care for CA,streamline rescue procedures,enhance CPR success rates,lower complication incidences and ultimately elevate family satisfaction.
