摘要
高职教育是社会发展的必然产物,也是高等教育改革的必然结果。近年来,随着我国社会快速发展,校企合作模式不断完善,就业问题得到了一定的缓解,但由于职业院校学历水平认可程度不高,学生在实际就业过程中仍然存在就业难等问题。不断探索适合我国职业发展的新路径,寻找高职院校学生就业的新机遇,提高就业率已经成为高职院校发展的关键因素。从高职院校大学生自身素质、专业能力等方面,对就业问题进行分析,从而解决大学生就业难的实际问题。
Higher vocational education is an inevitable product of social development and a result of higher education reform.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s society,the mode of schools and enterprises cooperation has been continuously improved,and the employment problem has been alleviated to a certain extent.However,due to the low recognition of the educational level of vocational colleges,there are still difficulties in employment in the actual employment process.Continuously exploring new paths suitable for China’s vocational development,seeking new opportunities for vocational college students to find employment,and improving the employment rate have become a key factor in the development of vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the employment problem of higher vocational college students from their own qualities,professional ability,and other factors,in order to solve the practical problem of difficult employment for college students.
