产学研不同协同创新类型专利质量差异测度及影响分析——以中国稀土产业专利为例

摘要 产学研协同在国家创新体系中具有重要地位,关注产学、产研、学研及产学研4类不同协同创新类型所创造的专利质量是否有差异,有助于深化产学研协同创新相关研究。以我国稀土产业创新为例,在分析目前专利质量评价文献的基础上,兼顾采用专利质量评价信息中的连续型数据和离散型数据,构建了产学研不同协同创新类型的专利质量评价模型,测度了产研、产学、学研及产学研4类不同协同创新类型所创造的专利质量差异。研究表明:我国稀土产业产学研不同协同创新类型创造的专利质量有显著差异,产研协同专利的总体质量明显高于其他组合,产学次之,学研更次,产学研最低。在此基础上从理论与实际的视角进一步分析了造成差异的可能原因。 Industry-university-research collaboration plays an important role in the national innovation system.The attention on whether there are differences in the quality of patents created by the four types of industry-university-research collaborative innovation is helpful to deepen the research on industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Taking rare earth industry innovation in China as an example,on the basis of reviewing the current patent quality evaluation literature,taking into account the use of continuous data and discrete data in patent quality evaluation information,this paper constructs a patent quality evaluation model of different collaborative innovation types of industry,university and research,and measures the differences of patent quality created by four types of collaborative innovation.The research shows that there are significant differences in the quality of patents created by different collaborative innovation types in China's rare earth industry,and the overall quality of industry-research collaborative patents is obviously higher than other combinations,followed by industry-university,university-research,and the lowest industry-university-research.Then the paper analyzes the possible causes of the difference from the theoretical and practical perspectives.
