摘要
本文采用一种反应性相容剂海因环氧树脂(HY-EP),利用HY-EP的环氧基团在熔融共混过程中与聚乳酸(PLA)和聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)上的羟基或羧基结合,以环氧开环反应形成化学键,通过强烈的界面作用来改善PLA/PBAT复合材料的相容性。差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、傅里叶红外(FTIR)、动态力学性能分析(DMTA)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试表明:HY-EP有效地提高了PLA与PBAT间的相容性;力学测试则显示PLA/PBAT复合材料冲击强度最高达到10.47 kJ/m^(2),较纯PLA材料提高了近5倍;断裂伸长率最高达到201.1%,且拉伸强度为47.8 MPa,表明HY-EP与PBAT复配能够高效增韧PLA。
In this paper,a reactive compatibilizer,HY-EP epoxy resin,is used to bind with the hydroxyl or carboxyl groups on PLA and PBAT during the melt blending process to form chemical bonds through an epoxy ring-opening reaction.The compatibility of the PLA/PBAT composites is improved by strong interfacial action.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),dynamic mechanical property analysis(DMTA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other tests show that the compatibility of the composite material is significantly improved.Mechanical tests show that the impact strength of the material can reach up to 10.47 kJ/m^(2),which is nearly five times higher than that of PLA,and the highest elongation at break reaches 201.1%with the tensile strength of 47.8 MPa.The results indicate compounding HY-EP with PBAT can efficiently toughen PLA.
