摘要
基于模型支持的柴油机电控系统开发设计,能够在保证系统功能安全以及控制品质的同时,降低系统开发难度,具有较为理想的应用效果。本研究通过构建大功率柴油机模型,对电控系统的扭矩控制策略、喷油器控制策略进行设计,最后通过离线仿真对控制组件功能是否正确进行验证。结果显示,本研究设计大功率柴油机电子控制系统满足柴油机实时控制的要求。
The development and design of diesel engine electronic control system based on model support can reduce the difficulty of system development while ensuring system functional safety and control quality, and has a relatively ideal application effect. This study constructs a high-power diesel engine model, designs torque control strategies and fuel injector control strategies for the electronic control system, and finally verifies the correctness of the control component functions through offline simulation. The results show that the torque control strategy and idle control algorithm designed in this study can meet the requirements of real-time control of diesel engines.
