摘要
中国高等教育进入普及化阶段以后,高校的本科教育工作迎来了新一轮的变革期。高等教育人才培养方面,既要重点培养人才的岗位胜任力,也要兼顾人才的深造潜能培育;高校办学方面,既要重点关注服务社会对接产业人才需求,又要发展科学保持其学术性。平衡好人才的职业属性与学术属性的落脚点是课程,课程建设是各类型高校发展高等教育的必由之路。数字化时代,高校课程建设须利用信息技术融入课程建设之中,建设有益于学生学业达成、职业发展、成长需要的课程。新医科背景下,医学生教育教学质量提升要紧紧围绕“新医科”建设要求,运用以学生为中心的教育理念,结合学校实际开展人才培养方案修订、课程大纲修订;落实教育教学目标的微观层面是打造优质的课堂,课堂建设是教育的重要环节,是育人的最后一公里,课程建设过程中要着力打造有成效、有益的课堂。卫生检验与检疫专业人才培养中,分析了OBE理念与卫检人才培养的契合、课程数字化建设的形势、地方性本科院校课程数字化建设思路,总结了基于OBE理念的卫检专业“仪器分析”数字化建设实践,为地方高校课程建设提供了有益参考。
After China's higher education has entered the stage of popularization,undergraduate education in colleges and universities has ushered in a new round of change.In terms of talent training in higher education,it is necessary to focus not only on cultivating the post competence of talents,but also taking into account the cultivation of talents'further study potential;In terms of running schools in colleges and universities,we should not only focus on serving the needs of social docking industrial talents,but also develop science to maintain its academic nature.The foothold of balancing the professional attributes and academic attributes of talents is the curriculum,and curriculum construction is the only way for all types of colleges and universities to develop higher education.In the digital era,the construction of college courses must use information technology to integrate into the curriculum construction,and build courses that are conducive to students'academic achievement,career development and growth.Under the background of new medical science,the improvement of the quality of medical students'education and teaching should closely focus on the requirements of the construction of"new medical science",and use the student-centered education concept to carry out the revision of talent training programs and curriculum syllabuses in combination with the actual situation of the school;The micro level of implementing the goals of education and teaching is to create high-quality classrooms,classroom construction is an important part of education,is the last mile of education,and efforts should be made to create effective and beneficial classrooms in the process of curriculum construction.In the training of health inspection and quarantine professionals,the fit between OBE concept and health inspection talent training,the situation of curriculum digital construction,and the digital construction ideas of local undergraduate colleges and universities are analyzed,and the digital construction practice of health inspectio
