摘要
大倾角煤层的开采一直是煤矿面临的重大难题之一,严重影响煤矿的产煤效率和效益。从大倾角煤层的地质构造、采煤方法、设备选型、风险预控等方面开展研究,设计并制定了系统性的技术规范和施工方案,提高了大倾角煤层的开采效率,保障了工作面的安全接续生产。以张双楼煤矿大倾角煤层12901工作面为例,通过揭示大倾角煤层开采矿压显现规律,根据煤层厚度、地质特征和现有开采方法的技术特点,确定了合理的采煤方法和设备,表明了研究方案的有效性和优越性。
The mining of large dip coal seams has always been one of the major challenges faced by coal mines,seriously affecting the efficiency and benefits of coal production.The research on the geological structure,mining methods,equipment selection,and risk precontrol of large dip coal seams was conducted,the systematic technical specifications and construction plans were designed and formulated to improve the mining efficiency of large dip coal seams and ensure the safe and continuous production of the working face.Taking the No.12901 working face of the large dip coal seam in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine as an example,by revealing the manifestation law of mining pressure in the large dip coal seam,and based on the thickness of the coal seam,geological characteristics,and technical characteristics of existing mining methods,a reasonable mining method and equipment were determined,indicating the effectiveness and superiority of the research plan.
