极低品位硫钴精矿钴回收工艺试验

Experimental study on cobalt recovery process from extremely low-grade cobalt sulfide concentrate

摘要 随着新能源汽车、储能系统等产业的快速发展,对钴的需求持续增长,钴回收尤为重要。硫钴精矿是将钒钛磁铁矿原矿经过破碎、磨矿、选铁、浮硫等工序加工而得的粉状矿物,主要成分是硫和铁,同时含有贵重金属钴、铜、镍等。硫钴精矿是生产钴产品的主要原料之一,但其中的钴含量通常较低,需要通过进一步的处理和回收来提高其利用价值。本研究针对硫钴精矿的钴品位极低、元素赋存状态复杂的特点,采用氧压浸出工艺。结果表明:控制浸出温度为160±5℃、浸出氧分压1.2 MPa、反应时间2 h、液固比4∶1、始酸浓度16%的条件下,钴、铜、铁、硫的浸出率分别达到78.5%、75.4%、32.7%、31.4%。硫钴精矿处置直接经济效益为30.36美元/t,按年生产加工80万t硫钴精矿测算,则年毛利润2 428.80万美元,具有良好的经济回收前景。 With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,energy storage systems and other industries,the demand for cobalt continues to grow,making cobalt recovery particularly important.Sulfur and cobalt concentrate is a powdered mineral obtained by processing raw vanadium and titanium magnetite ore through crushing,grinding,iron beneficiation,sulfur flotation,etc.The main components are sulfur and iron,and it also contains precious metals such as cobalt,copper and nickel.Sulfur cobalt concentrate is one of the main raw materials for the production of cobalt products,but the cobalt content in it is usually low,which needs to be further processed and recovered to improve its utilization value.Thestudy focuses on the characteristics of cobalt sulfide concentrate,which has extremely low cobalt grade and complex element occurrence state.The oxygen pressure leaching process was adopted,and the results show with a leaching temperature controlled at 160±5℃,a leaching oxygen partial pressure of 1.2 MPa,a reaction time of 2 h,a liquid-solid ratio of 4:1,and an initial acid concentration of 16%.Under these conditions,the leaching rates of cobalt,copper,iron,and sulfur reach 78.5%,75.4%,32.7%,and 31.4%,respectively.The direct economic benefit of disposing of one ton of cobalt sulfide concentrate was$30.36.Calculated based on the annual production and processing of 800000 tons of cobalt sulfide concentrate,the annual gross profit is 24.288 million US dollars,with good economic recovery prospects.
