燕山早丰板栗品质对气候和土壤因子的响应

摘要 【目的】筛选影响燕山早丰板栗品质形成的关键气候和土壤因子,探究板栗品质对气候、土壤因子的响应关系,为燕山早丰板栗品种的科学种植和引种区划提供理论依据。【方法】以河北迁西、河北昌黎、天津蓟州、北京怀柔、山东泰安、河南罗山、浙江金华、云南易门8个不同栽培区的燕山早丰板栗为研究对象,于果实成熟时取样测定果实品质指标及板栗园11个土壤养分指标,并通过当地气象站和中国气象数据网获取16个相关气象数据,应用偏最小二乘回归交叉验证法计算气候和土壤因子对板栗品质影响的变量重要性投影值(VIP),筛选影响板栗品质形成的关键气候和土壤因子并建立回归方程,最后利用线性规划确定生产优质板栗的气候和土壤优化方案。【结果】不同栽培区燕山早丰的单粒质量、含水量、支链淀粉含量/总淀粉含量及可溶性糖、蛋白质、脂肪含量存在显著差异,其中浙江金华栗果的单粒质量、含水量、蛋白质含量,河北迁西栗果的支链淀粉含量/总淀粉含量、可溶性糖含量及河北昌黎栗果的脂肪含量均显著高于其他栽培区。VIP值显示,除生长季最低温度、生长季最高温度、最暖季平均温度、最干季降水量、土壤全磷含量对板栗品质形成影响较小外,其他12个气候因子与10个土壤因子对燕山早丰板栗品质都存在不同程度的影响,其中降水因子对栗果单粒质量和含水量影响较大,温度和日照因子对支链淀粉含量/总淀粉含量及可溶性糖、蛋白质、脂肪含量影响较大;土壤因子对板栗品质形成均有不同程度的影响。当生产优质燕山早丰板栗的温度、降水量、日照时数等气候因子及土壤pH和有机质、氮、磷、钾、铁、锌、锰含量等土壤因子在计算确定的适宜范围时,燕山早丰板栗的品质最佳,其单粒质量为9.13 g,含水量为40.3%,可溶性糖含量为19.6%,支� 【Objective】The key climate and soil factors affecting‘Yanshan Zaofeng’chestnut quality were screened and response relationships between chestnut quality and climate and soil factors were studied to provide basis for its scientific planting and introduction division.【Method】Fruit quality indexes of ripe‘Yanshan Zaofeng’chestnuts from 8 different cultivation areas(Hebei Qianxi,Hebei Changli,Tianjin Jizhou,Beijing Huairou,Shandong Tai’an,Henan Luoshan,Zhejiang Jinhua and Yunnan Yimen)and 11 soil nutrient indexes of chestnut orchards were sampled and 16 relevant meteorological factors were obtained through local meteorological stations and China Meteorological Data Network.The partial least squares regression cross-validation method was used to calculate variable importance projection(VIP)va-lue indicating the influence of climate and soil factors on chestnut quality.The key climate and soil factors were screened and the regression equation was established.Finally,the climate and soil optimization scheme for producing high-quality chestnut was established by linear planning.【Result】There were signi-ficant differences in single grain weight,water content,amylopectin/total starch content,soluble sugar content,protein content and fat content in different cultivation areas.Among them,single grain weight,water content and protein content of chestnut in Zhejiang Jinhua,contents of amylopectin/total starch and soluble sugar of chestnut in Hebei Qianxi and fat content of chestnut in Hebei Changli were significantly higher than those in other cultivation areas.The VIP value showed that,except the lowest temperature in growing season,the highest temperature in growing season,average temperature in the warmest season,precipita-tion in the driest season and total phosphorus content in soil,other climate and soil factors had different effects on chestnut quality.Precipitation had great influences on single nut quality and water content,and temperature and sunshine had great influences on contents of amylopec
