摘要
本文以德阳电视塔为例,介绍了大型钢结构电视塔的加固维护方案和现场实施过程。本文采用有限元软件MidasGen对电视塔结构进行建模分析,模型数据结合了现场实测数据和设计图纸,通过计算分析结果设计出加固方案,采用构件替换的方式进行加固。本文同时对铁塔的螺栓、构件、垂直度、塔楼存在的问题、维护方案和现场实施情况做了介绍,对类似大型钢结构塔的加固维护提供了参考。
This paper describes the reinforcement and maintenance plan,as well as the on-site implementation process,using the Deyang Television Tower as an example of a large steel structure tower.The paper employs finite element software MidasGen for structural modeling and analysis.The model data incorporates both on-site measured data and design drawings.Through calculation and analysis results,the reinforcement plan is designed,employing component replacement as the method of reinforcement.Additionally,the paper introduces issues related to bolts,components,verticality,tower structure,maintenance plans,and on-site implementation of the iron tower.It provides reference for future reinforcement and maintenance of similar large steel structure towers.
