摘要
为了实现利用汽车压过减速带产生的重力势能进行发电,提出一种基于减速带重力势能的道路发电装置机构设计方案。文中对发电装置设计意义及工作流程进行分析,利用SolidWorks软件对运动转换机构、卷筒发条机构、计时机构、棘轮机构、增速机构和往返机构等进行设计建模和装配,对主要机构工作原理进行了分析。该发电装置产生的电能将用于路灯照明及共享电源等周边用电设施,对于缓解能源短缺问题具有重要的意义。
In order to realize power generation using the gravitational potential energy generated by cars pressing over speed bump,this paper proposes a mechanism design scheme of road power generation device based on the gravitational potential energy of speed bump.This paper analyzes the design significance and workflow of the power generation device,and uses SolidWorks software to model and assemble the design of the motion conversion mechanism,reel winding mechanism,timing mechanism,ratchet mechanism,increasing mechanism,and round-trip mechanism,and analyzes the working principle of the main mechanisms.The power generated by this power generation device will be used for street lighting and shared power supply and other peripheral power facilities,which is of great significance to alleviate the energy shortage problem.
