基于温度对电气间隙设计影响的叠加修正方法研究

摘要 针对新能源汽车高压电气安全与电控产品小型化、轻量化的矛盾问题。通过对高压电控产品在实际应用场景中,影响电气安全的关键因素分析;基于现有国家标准、测试数据及行业共识,通过对绝缘介质的介电能力特性变化的逻辑推理与理论分析;为高压电控产品在电气间隙设计中温度影响的叠加修正,提供了理论推导与设计参考。为汽车电器在小型化与轻量化要求下的电气间隙设计安全,提供了温度叠加修正的设计参考。 JAiming at the contradiction between high voltage electrical safety of new energy vehicles and miniaturization and lightweight of electronic control products.Through the analysis of the key factors affecting the electrical safety of high-voltage electronic control products in practical application scenarios;Based on the existing national standards,test data and industry consensus,through the logical reasoning and theoretical analysis of the change of dielectric capacity characteristics of insulating media;The theoretical derivation and design reference are provided for the superposition correction of temperature influence in the design of electrical gap of high voltage electronic control products.A design reference is provided for the safety of electrical clearance design of automotive electrical appliances under the requirements of miniaturization and lightweight.
