摘要
为了进一步提高局部通风机自动化控制水平,解决传统变频风机控制系统单一、控制效果差、无法实现风机风量自动控制的问题,对矿用变频风机设计了一套智能控制系统。该系统具有风机自动切换、风量自动调节等功能,进一步提高了矿用变频风机运行稳定性,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to further improve the automation control level of local ventilation fan,solve the problems of single control system of traditional frequency conversion fan,poor control effect,and inability to realise the automatic control of fan air volume,a set of intelligent control system is designed for mine frequency conversion fan.The system has the functions of automatic switching of fan,automatic adjustment of air volume,etc.,which further improves the operational stability of mining frequency conversion fan and achieves significant application results.
