摘要
针对采煤机截割部易出现性能退化的问题,以MG300/720-AWD型采煤机为研究对象,介绍一种采煤机截割部性能退化检测方法。该方法主要通过对采煤机电气、温度、效率、速度、压力、振动等方面指标数据的采集与预处理后,利用基准高斯混合模型进行计算与分析,以推导出衡量截割部性能退化程度的熵值,进而确定出设备的性能退化发展趋势,为截割部维护维修提供支持,确认该方法具有一定实践应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of performance degradation of the cut-off part of coal mining machine,a performance degradation detection method of the cut-off part of coal mining machine is introduced by taking MG300/720-AWD coal mining machine as an example.The method is mainly through the collection and pre-processing of coal mining machine electrical,temperature,efficiency,speed,pressure,vibration and other aspects of the indicators of the data collection and pre-processing,the use of benchmark Gaussian mixture model for calculation and analysis,in order to deduce the entropy value to measure the degree of degradation of the performance of the cutting part of the equipment,and then to determine the development trend of equipment degradation,to provide support for the cutting part of the maintenance and repair,to confirm that the method has a certain value of practical application.
