摘要
文中旨在分析聚丙烯腈纤维再生混凝土的力学性能,研究了再生粗骨料替代率(0%~50%)和纤维掺量(0~0.9 kg/m^(3))对再生混凝土不同龄期下抗压强度和抗折强度的影响。试验结果表明,随着再生粗骨料替代率的增加,混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐下降。然而,当混凝土中掺入适量聚丙烯腈纤维时,其力学性能得到显著提升。特别是在纤维掺量为0.8kg/m^(3)、再生粗骨料替代率为40%时,混凝土表现出最佳的抗压强度和抗折强度,显示出潜在的工程应用价值。研究可为聚丙烯腈纤维再生混凝土配比优化提供理论依据。
The mechanical properties of recycled polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete are analyzed,in which,the effectiveness of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates(0%to 50%)and fiber content(0 kg/m^(3) to 0.9 kg/m^(3))on the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled concrete at different ages are studied.The experimental results indicate that with an increase in the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,both the compressive strength and flexural strength of the concrete gradually decrease.However,the mechanical properties of the concrete are significantly improved when an appropriate amount of polyacrylonitrile fiber is added.Specifically,when the fi⁃ber content is 0.8 kg/m^(3) and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 40%,the concrete exhibits optimal compressive and flexural strengths,demonstrating potential engineering applications.The paper provides a theoreti⁃cal basis for optimizing the mix proportion of recycled polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced concrete.
