摘要
膝关节置换术是治疗严重膝关节疾病的重要方法之一,临床效果备受肯定。过去几十年,传统膝关节假体在临床应用中取得显著成就,但仍有相当数量患者术后经历关节功能不佳、持续性疼痛或需再次手术等问题。这些问题推动个性化膝关节假体技术的发展,个性化假体技术通过高精度医学影像和计算机辅助设计,创建与患者解剖结构完美匹配的假体,以减少假体与骨骼间的摩擦和磨损,进一步提高手术精准性,改善术后疼痛控制和功能恢复,延长假体使用寿命。尽管该技术具有显著潜力,但目前关于个性化假体和传统假体在实际临床应用中的效果比较研究尚不充分,仍缺乏大规模、长期随访的临床数据系统对比和验证两种假体的实际效果。因此,本文通过文献综述方式比较2种假体在术后恢复、功能改善、并发症和长期生存情况等方面的表现,评估两者在经济成本和患者满意度方面的差异,旨在为膝关节置换术的临床选择提供科学依据,探索个性化假体的可行性与经济效益。
Knee arthroplasty is one of the important methods for treating severe knee joint diseases,and its clinical efficacy is highly recognized.Over the past few decades,traditional knee prosthesis have achieved significant success in clinical application,but there are still a considerable number of patients who experience poor joint function,persistent pain,or require reoperation after surgery.These issues drive the development of personalized knee prosthesis technology.Personalized prosthesis technology creates prostheses that perfectly match the patient’s anatomical structure through high-precision medical imaging and computer-aided design,reducing friction and wear between the prosthesis and bone,further improving surgical accuracy,improving postoperative pain control and functional recovery,and extending service life of the prosthesis.Although this technology has significant potential,there is currently insufficient comparative research on the effectiveness of personalized prostheses and traditional prostheses in practical clinical application,and there is still a lack of large-scale,long-term follow-up clinical data systems to compare and verify actual effectiveness of the two prostheses.Therefore,this article compares performance of two prostheses in postoperative recovery,functional improvement,complications and long-term survival through literature review,evaluates the differences in economic cost and patient satisfaction between the two prostheses,and aims to provide scientific basis for clinical selection of knee arthroplasty,explore feasibility and economic benefits of personalized prostheses.
