摘要
福建某铜业公司闪速熔炼原料成分波动大,渣含铜难以控制,对后续铜渣浮选的生产操作和工艺指标控制均有一定影响。针对此问题,分析了闪速熔炼渣的化学成分和物相组成,研究了金属铜在渣中的损失形式及其对渣含铜的影响,并从优化闪速熔炼炉况、干精矿成分和铁硅比等方面提出了降低渣含铜的控制措施。实践表明:通过控制炉渣中的Fe_(3)O_(4)质量分数在9%以下,铁硅比在1.25左右,冰铜品位在61%~62%,可以将闪速熔炼渣中的铜质量分数维持在1.1%以下,获得了较好的闪速熔炼渣渣型,并能保持稳定,降低了金属铜的损失。
The composition of flash smelting raw materials in a copper company in Fujian fluctuates greatly,and the copper content in the slag is difficult to control,which has a certain impact on the process index control of subsequent copper slag flotation.In response to this issue,the paper analyzes the chemical composition and physical phase of the flash smelting slag,studies the forms of copper loss in slag and its impact on the copper content in slag,proposes control measures to reduce copper content in slag from the aspects of optimizing flash smelting furnace conditions,dry concentrate composition,and iron-silicon ratio.Practices have shown that by controlling the Fe_(3)O_(4) mass fraction in the slag to be below 9%,the iron-silicon ratio around 1.25,and the matte grade between 61%and 62%,the copper mass fraction in the flash smelting slag can be maintained below 1.1%,so that a good flash smelting slag type will be obtained to reach stable control and reduce the loss of metallic copper.
