摘要
为了降低建筑业的碳排放水平,减少能源浪费,赤峰市对老旧小区的围护结构、供热管道等进行更新改造。整理了国内外关于老旧小区节能减排的相关研究,总结了改造过程中所用到的各种材料的碳排放因子,计算了赤峰市典型老旧小区住宅建筑更新改造过程中产生的碳排放量及改造完成后的减碳量,分析改造所带来的减碳效果,并对比了改造前后的节能效果,分析出赤峰市老旧小区更新改造的节能减碳成果。以小区内的防疫站楼为例计算,全年累计热负荷由改造前8.41 MW降到了改造后的3.35 MW,节能率达到了60.17%。小区改造更新后的30年生命周期内,一共可以减少CO_(2)排放1336.60t。
In order to reduce carbon emission levels in the construction industry and reduce energy waste,Chifeng City has been renewing old neighborhoods in terms of envelope structure and heating pipes.This paper collates relevant research on energy saving and carbon reduction in old districts at home and abroad,summarises the carbon emission factors of various materials used in the renovation process,calculates the carbon emissions generated during the renewal and renovation of residential buildings in typical old districts in Chifeng and the carbon reduction after the completion of the renovation to analyse the carbon reduction effect brought about by the renovation,and compares the energy saving effect before and after the renovation to analyse the the results of energy saving and carbon reduction.In the case of the Epidemic Prevention Station building,for example,the cumulative annual heat load was reduced from 8.41 MW before the retrofit to 3.35 MW after the retrofit,an energy saving rate of 60.17%.1336.60t of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced over the 30-year lifecycle of the neighborhood after the retrofit.
