摘要
高效、高质地利用人工速生材是缓解我国木材供需矛盾的重要途径之一。然而,由于人工速生林木材生长周期短,幼龄材比例较高,导致其通常存在尺寸稳定性差的缺陷,严重限制了人工林速生木材的实际应用。因此,提高人工速生林木材的尺寸稳定性是确保其在建筑、家具和其他工业应用中持久耐用的关键。本文综述了近年来主要的木材尺寸稳定性改良方法,包括高温热改性、表面涂层改性、化学改性和浸渍改性等;分析了现有木材尺寸稳定性改良方法的局限性,并提出了未来的研究方向,以期为我国人工林速生材资源的绿色高质量发展提供理论依据。
High-value,high-quality and efficient use of fast-growing wood is one of the important ways to alleviate the contradiction between wood supply and demand in China.Due to the short growth cycle of artificial fast-growing wood,the proportion of young wood is high,and its wood usually has the defect of poor dimensional stability,which seriously limits the practical application of artificial fast-growing wood.Therefore,improving the dimensional stability of wood is the key to ensure its durability in construction,furniture and other industrial applications.This paper reviews the main methods for improving wood dimensional stability in recent years,mainly including high-temperature thermal modification,surface coating modification,chemical modification and impregnation modification;analyzes the limitations of existing wood dimensional stability improvement,and proposes the direction of future research,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the green and high-quality development of my country's artificial forest fast-growing wood resources.
