摘要
目的探讨为恶性肿瘤动脉化疗栓塞术后并发下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)患者提供综合护理干预的效果。方法选入2022年1月至2023年12月在解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院接受动脉化疗栓塞术治疗后出现LEDVT的恶性肿瘤患者112例,按随机数字表法分为56例观察组和56例对照组,分别为其提供综合护理干预和常规护理干预,对比两组患者干预前后的大腿、小腿周径差值,患者的舒适度及心理状态改善效果,躯体功能、疼痛功能等生活质量评分。结果干预后,两组患者大腿、小腿周径差值均比干预前小,观察组改善更优(P<0.05);两组患者GCQ评分提高,HAMA评分、HAMD评分降低,观察组患者GCQ评分更高,HAMA评分、HAMD评分更低(P<0.05);两组患者的生活质量均提升,观察组躯体、情绪、社会功能评分更高,疼痛功能评分更低(P<0.05)。结论为恶性肿瘤动脉化疗栓塞术后并发LEDVT患者进行综合护理干预可改善患者的LEDVT程度,提高舒适度,改善心理状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of providing comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT)complicating arterial chemoembolization for malignant tumors.Methods A total of 112 cases of malignant tumor patients who developed LEDVT after receiving arterial chemoembolization in the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the People's Liberation Army(PLA)from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and were divided into 56 cases of the observation group and 56 cases of the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,and were provided with comprehensive nursing interventions and conventional nursing interventions respectively,and the difference in the circumference of the thighs and calves of the two groups of patients before and after the interventions were compared,and the patients'comfort and psychological state improvement effect,somatic function,pain function and other quality of life scores.Results After the intervention,the difference in thigh and calf circumference was smaller in both groups than before the intervention,and the observation group had a better improvement(P<0.05);GCQ scores were improved and HAMA scores and HAMD scores were lowered in both groups,and patients in the observation group had higher GCQ scores,lower HAMA scores,and lower HAMD scores(P<0.05);the quality of life of the patients in both groups was improved,and the observation group had higher somatic,emotional,and social function scores were higher and pain function scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with LEDVT complicating arterial chemoembolization for malignant tumors can improve the degree of LEDVT,increase comfort,improve psychological status,and improve quality of life.
