摘要
目的:了解社区居民基本医保门诊统筹签约现状及其影响因素,分析社区居民签约医疗机构选择及政策感受状况,为推动医保门诊统筹签约服务高质量发展提供思路借鉴。方法:采用分层随机抽样选取潍坊市640名社区居民进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计、χ^(2)检验、Mann-Whitney U检验与二元Logistic回归模型分析社区居民基本医保门诊统筹签约现状及其影响因素。结果:回收有效问卷604份,分析发现社区居民门诊统筹签约比例不高且签约受多种因素影响。回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、职业、参保类型、是否患有慢性病、是否了解医保政策、对医疗机构工作满意度等因素对社区居民门诊统筹签约的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:创新工作方式,推动社区居民门诊统筹签约政策落地生根;协调公平效率,提升社区居民门诊统筹签约整体满意水平;深化三医联动,推动医疗医保医药三方协同健康持续发展。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of community residents'signing basic medical insurance outpatient contracts,analyze the selection of medical institutions and policy feelings of community residents signing con-tracts,in order to provide ideas and references for promoting the high-quality development of medical insurance outpatient con-tract services.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 640 community residents in Weifang City using stratified ran-dom sampling.Descriptive statistics,χ^(2) test,Mann Whitney U test,and binary logistic regression model were used to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of community residents'basic medical insurance outpatient coordination contract signing.Results 604 valid questionnaires were collected,and analysis found that the proportion of community residents'outpatient coordina-ted contract signing is not high and the contract signing is influenced by multiple factors.The regression analysis results showed that factors such as age,education level,occupation,type of insurance,chronic disease,understanding of medical insurance poli-cies,and job satisfaction with medical institutions had a statistically significant impact on the overall contract signing of community residents'outpatient services(P<0.05).Conclusion Innovate work methods and promote the implementation of community resi-dent outpatient coordination and signing policies;Coordinate fairness and efficiency,improve the overall satisfaction level of com-munity residents'outpatient coordination and signing;Deepen the linkage between the three medical sectors and promote the coor-dinated and sustainable development of healthcare,medical insurance,and medicine.
