摘要
目的 构建应用于产妇剖宫产手术过程中的低体温风险评估量表并验证其信效度。方法 通过文献分析法和专家咨询法构建剖宫产产妇低体温风险评估初始量表,收集158例剖宫产产妇的资料,进行量表信效度检验。结果 构建的量表包括14个一级条目,16个二级条目;探索性因子分析共提取出4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为59.050%;各条目在其所属公因子的负荷值为0.451~0.764;效标(鼓膜温度)相关系数为0.815,预测剖宫产产妇低体温的ROC曲线下面积为0.968,95%置信区间为0.926-1.010(P<0.001),总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.763。结论 剖宫产产妇术中低体温风险评估量表具有较好的信效度,可作为临床评估产妇低体温风险的辅助工具。
Objective To construct a hypothermia risk assessment scale for cesarean section and verify its reliability and validity. Methods The initial risk assessment scale of hypothermia risks for caesarean section was constructed through literature analysis and expert consultation. Data from 158 cesarean section women were collected and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested. Results The constructed scale included 14 first-level items and 16 second-level items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 59.050%;The load values of each item in its common factor range from 0.451 to 0.764;The correlation coefficient of the criterion(tympanic membrane temperature) was 0.815, and the area under the ROC curve for predicting hypothermia in cesarean section women was 0.968. The 95% confidence interval was 0.926-1.010(P<0.001), and the Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.763. Conclusion The intraoperative hypothermia risk assessment scale for cesarean section has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an auxiliary tool for clinical assessment of hypothermia risk for caesarean section.
