摘要
文章介绍了三乙胺盐酸盐的传统回收利用和检测方法,在分析传统工艺方法优缺点的基础上,介绍了三乙胺盐酸盐的回收利用新工艺,解决了三乙胺盐酸盐的资源高效利用和环保问题。新工艺不仅拓展了电渗析技术的应用场景,也为锂电池添加剂领域中三乙胺盐酸盐副产品处理指明了方向,有望实现锂电池添加剂领域中碳酸亚乙烯酯的缚酸剂闭环生产,并为锂电池添加剂领域持续发展提供借鉴。
This article introduced the traditional recycling and detection methods of triethyl⁃amine hydrochloride,and on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the tradi⁃tional process,introduced the new process of triethylamine hydrochloride recycling,which solved the problem of efficient and full use of triethylamine hydrochloride resources and environmental protection.The new process not only expands the application scenario of electrodialysis technol⁃ogy,but also points out the direction for the treatment of triethylamine hydrochloride byproduct in the field of lithium battery additives,and is expected to realize the closed-loop production of acidbinding agent of vinyl carbonate in the field of lithium battery additives,and provides a reference for the sustainable development of lithium battery additives.
