摘要
本研究在于开发高锰酸钾法测定定型剂中的双氧水含量新的测定方法,研究结果表明高锰酸钾法测定结果与现行方法测定结果无显著差异,与现行方法硫代硫酸钠法相比较,高锰酸钾法测定定型剂中的双氧水含量可减少药品使用种类和试剂制备种类,简化操作流程缩短分析时间,可节省分析检验成本又提高检验效率,同时更符合绿色环保和可持续发展理念,为企业产品或第三方检测减排和降本增效提供参考。
The aim of this study is to develop a new method for determining the hydrogen peroxide content in shaping agents using potassium permanganate method.The research results show that there is no significant difference between the potassium permanganate method and the current method.Compared with the current method of sodium thiosulfate,the potassium permanganate method for determining the hydrogen peroxide content in shaping agents can reduce the types of drugs and reagents used,simplify the operation process,shorten the analysis time,save analysis and inspection costs,and improve inspection efficiency.At the same time,it is more in line with the concepts of green environmental protection and sustainable development,providing reference for enterprise products or third-party testing to reduce emissions and increase efficiency through cost reduction.
