摘要
通过分析弹片制件的对称特征,针对制件弹性材料的结构特点和尺寸精度要求,制定制件排样方案,设计了切边、冲孔、冲槽、压印、折弯、成形、整形、切断多工位级进模,能够完成送料、定位、脱料、落料、出成品各机构动作,采用自动进料,自动脱料,尽可能地减少废料的冲裁形式,提高了材料的利用率和生产效率,以及品质的稳定性,模具结构设计合理,冲压生产连续可靠,制件冲裁精度高,完全满足客户要求。
By analyzing the symmetrical characteristics of shrapnel products,according to the structural characteristics and dimensional accuracy requirements of the elastic materials of the product,the product layout scheme is formulated,and the trimming,punching,punching,stamping,bending,forming,shaping,and cutting multi-station progressive die are designed,which can complete the feeding,positioning,dematerialization,blanking,and finished product movements,and adopt automatic feeding,automatic stripping,and reduce the blanking form of waste as much as possible,so as to improve the utilization rate and production efficiency of materials,as well as the stability of quality,and the mold structure design is reasonable.The stamping production is continuous and reliable,and the product punching accuracy is high,which fully meets the requirements of customers.
