摘要
2024年全国高校毕业生数再创历史新高,高达1179万人,国内高校毕业生就业形势不容乐观。虽然国家采取了一些积极举措促进大学生就业,但大学生就业的总体形势仍严峻。高职生作为大学群体的重要组成部分,这个群体的就业问题也是迫在眉睫。在新就业形态下,通过对影响高职生就业数量和就业质量因素的分析,找出提升高职生就业数量和就业质量方法,从而破解高职生就业数量低和质量差的双重困境,为高职生就业量质协调发展提出针对性建议。
In 2024,the number of college graduates in China will reach a new record high of 11.79 million,and the employment of college graduates is not optimistic.Although the government has taken some active measures to promote the employment of college students,the overall situation is still grim.As an important part of the higher education group,the employment problem of higher vocational students is also pressing.Under the new form of employment,through the analysis of the factors affecting the employment quantity and quality of vocational students,we find methods of improvement,so as to solve the double dilemma of low quantity and poor quality of employment,and provide targeted suggestions for the coordinated development of the quantity and quality of employment of vocational students.
