摘要
目的:探讨快速康复理念结合中医护理技术对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者的影响。方法:选取60例择期在某医院行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(予以常规护理)与观察组(予以快速康复外科理念的中医护理技术),各30例患者。观察两组患者的术后恢复情况、疼痛评分、应激指标及并发症。结果:术后,观察组患者肛门排气、首次下床活动及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4 h、12 h,观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组患者WBC、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在快速康复外科理念指导下采用中医护理技术可加快腹腔镜下胆囊切除术后患者的康复速度,减轻患者术后疼痛感,改善术后应激反应,具有较好的预后效果。
Objective:To explore the influence of rapid rehabilitation concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were randomized into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology with concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery),30 cases in each group.The postoperative recovery status,pain score,stress indicators and complications in the two groups were observed.Results:The anal exhaust time,first ambulation time and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores in observation group at 4 and 12 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were lower in the two groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group had lower WBC and CRP than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept,the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can accelerate the rehabilitation speed of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy,relieve the postoperative pain,and improve the postoperative stress response,and it has good prognosis.
