摘要
以三聚氰胺、三聚氯氰和四氧化三铁为前体,采用溶剂热法制备了磁性共价有机骨架材料MCOFs。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、N_(2)吸附-脱附、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重(TGA)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试手段对MCOFs进行表征。通过MCOFs对罗丹明B染料的吸附效果实验,考察了反应条件与吸附性能的关系,并对吸附机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,MCOFs作为吸附剂吸附罗丹明B时,最佳吸附条件为pH=7,150 min,吸附量为12.28 mg/g。吸附后的MCOFs材料可以通过磁石分离,重复利用4次后,对罗丹明B染料的吸附量仍可达11.07 mg/g,重复利用率高。
The magnetic covalent organic skeleton materials,MCOFs,were prepared by a solvothermal method using melamine,cyanuric chloride and iron tetraoxide as precursors.The MCOFs were characterised by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),N_(2) adsorption-desorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetry(TGA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) tests.The adsorption effect of MCOFs on rhodamine B dye was investigated by examining the relationship between the reaction conditions and the adsorption performance,and the adsorption mechanism was preliminarily discussed.The experimental results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions for the adsorption of rhodamine B as adsorbent were pH=7 and 150 min,and the adsorbed MCOFs could be separated by magnets,and the adsorption capacity of rhodamine B dye could still reach up to 11.07 mg/g,with a high reuse rate after reuse for four times.
